  • DIGITIZE PRICING:

    Digitize pricing is for Prints, Slides, and Negatives, which includes equipment use, labor and time (DSLM camera, lens, lighting, computer, image software, office, etc.). Pricing does not include pick up or delivery of the images and digital media storage.

    A PICK / DELIVERY fee is available (please see PICK UP / DELIVERY Pricing).

    The client may provide media storage (hard drive, ssd drive, sd card, thumb drive) for all edited images. If the client does not possess digital media storage, a thumb drive is available for a fee (optional - see PICK UP / DELIVERY).


  • THE BREAKDOWN:

    - Creative Fee -
    This is a start-up fee, that takes in account of studio and production equipment costs, equipment set-up, booking management, etc (This is also known as a photography fee, session fee, or sitting fee).

    - $ Per Image -
    This is the cost for each individual print/slide/negative to be processed for output.

    - Minimum -
    This is the base amount of images that needs to be processed in order for a reasonable assigment to be booked.


  • THE PROCESS:

    After booking an assignment, an appointment will be set for you to deliver your photos (in person or service), or picked-up by the photographer (optional fee - see PICK UP / DELIVERY).

    Each Photo is individually placed (centered) on a copystand and photographed with a high resolution digital mirrorless camera (best capture quality), and viewed on a teathered monitor for inspection, then the digital images are tranfered to image editing software where correction of exposure, color and white balance is dialed in, and saved as a jpeg file (high and low res image). The image files are then uploaded to media storage, provided by you, or the photographer (optional - See STORAGE MEDIA).

    Your high quality digital images are now ready for pick-up, or delivered by the photographer (optional fee - see PICK UP / DELIVERY), for you to enjoy on any digital media platform!


  • TRAVEL:

    The Travel fee compensates for automobile use and gas, and is added in addition to the start up rate.

    The travel rate is formulated for the greater Prescott, AZ. only, further distances traveled (outside of the greater Prescott, AZ. area) will be subject to all travel expenses (which may include room and board), plus a deposit or the full amount of the assignment.


  • PAYMENT:

    Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm the assignment (See - PAYMENT POLICY).

    The photographer will calculate all costs and an email will be sent to the client for payment in full by credit card.

    Tom Hunter Photography only accepts payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Your credit card payment will be processed via Square.


  • STANDBY FEE:

    A $25 per hour Standby Fee may be used to compensate for a reasonable amount of time lost, standing by on location in order to complete a photography assignment.

    Restoration pricing is for Prints, Slides, Negatives, and Digital Image Files, which includes equipment use, labor and time (DSLM camera, lens, lighting, computer, image software, office, etc.). Pricing does not include pick up or delivery of the images and digital media storage.

    Please be advised that all photos/images are unique in how much attention is needed to complete the editing process!

    - Minimum -
    This is the base amount of time needed to process (or edit) images in order for a reasonable assigment to be booked.


  • THE PROCESS:

    After booking an assignment, an appointment will be set for you to deliver your photos (in person, delivery service, or online), or picked-up by the photographer (optional - see PICK UP / DELIVERY).

    For prints, each photo is individually placed (centered) on a copystand and photographed with a high resolution digital mirrorless camera (best capture quality), and viewed on a teathered monitor for inspection, then the digital image(s) are tranfered to image editing software where correction of exposure, color and white balance is dialed in, and saved as a tiff file. And if a digital image, simply downloaded and saved as a tiff.

    Restoration workflow begins by meticulously editing each image (using , manually correcting all issues that need special attention (along with special needs of the client) ...because all images and tasks are unique, this is why it's an hourly rate.

    The image files are then uploaded to media storage, provided by you, or the photographer (optional - See STORAGE MEDIA).

    Your restoration high quality digital images are now ready for pick-up, or delivered by the photographer (optional - see PICK UP / DELIVERY), for you to enjoy on any digital media platform!

  • SLIDESHOW PRICING:

    Video Slideshow pricing includes use of equipment, labor and time only for slideshow image processing. Slideshow pricing does not include pick up or delivery of and digital media storage.

    A PICK / DELIVERY fee is available (please see - PICK UP / DELIVERY).

    The Video Slideshow is made up with JPEG images, and built using video editing software. The Video Slideshow is outputed as a MP4 file, which is playable on any video player

    The client may provide media storage (hard drive, ssd drive, sd card, thumb drive) for all edited images. If the client does not possess digital media storage, a thumb drive is available for a fee (optional - See STORAGE MEDIA).


  • THE BREAKDOWN:

    - Creative Fee -
    This is a start-up fee, that takes in account of studio and production equipment costs, equipment set-up, booking management, etc (This is also known as a photography fee, session fee, or sitting fee).

    - $ First 30 Images -
    This is the cost and base amount for the first 30 images to be added to the slideshow.

    - $ Per Image -
    This is the cost for each additional image to be added to the slideshow.


  • THE PROCESS:

    After booking an assignment, an appointment will be set for you to deliver your photos (in person, delivery service, or online), or picked-up by the photographer (optional fee - see PICK UP / DELIVERY).

    The client must provide jpeg formatted images that are at least 1920px1080p in resolution, to create a 1080p HD Video.
    (See DIGITIZING IMAGES or AI ENHANCE for image service).

    Your images are then edited using state of the art video editing software. Some editing requests may be welcome (but with in reason), these requests will be discussed.

    Showtime, your high quality digital image slideshow is now ready for pick-up, or delivered by the photographer (optional fee - see PICK UP / DELIVERY), for you to enjoy on any digital media platform!
